POLYAMINOL
Reagent for industrial use
Product description
Hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76.
Polyaminol is a dark blue ammonia odor liquid. It consists of amino acid complexes of metals, complexing agents, surfaсe-active compounds and water. It is manufactured according to TU 20.14.41-001-28618718-2019 in 1 l bottles; 5, 10, 20 l canisters; 240 l barrels. It is stored in a closed package in places protected from direct climatic impact. The recommended storage temperature is +5 to + 40 ° C. Warranty shelf life – 12 months from the date of manufacture. It is a low-hazard product (hazard class 4 according to GOST 12.1.007-76). The following certifying documents on the product have been obtained: Quality certificate, Chemical Safety Data Sheet, Conformity certificate, Protocol of antimicrobial activity issued by Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being, Material Safety Data Sheet (Russian version), Material Safety Data Sheet, Full product specifications (TU 20.14.41-001-28618718-2019).

Principle of operation
The process is based on sludge processing (detoxification, disinfection, decontamination, disinfection) and is carried out in sludge beds of wastewater treatment facilities. The copper complex shows bactericidal properties, provides suppression of pathogenic microflora and helminth eggs by binding to cell membrane proteins. Organisms of suppressed microflora stick into nodules and become clenced. Helminth eggs change shape or "drain," life activity of microorganisms and helminth eggs does not resume. Specific fecal and rotten odor is diminished due to reduced intensity of fermentation processes in sludge. Reagent's detoxifying component consists of sodium salts of amino acids. Amino acid anions bind heavy metals ions into resistant non-toxic complexes (chelate forms). The reagent contents flocculant, which makes it possible to compress the mass of the sludge, reduce humidity, which increases the capacity of sludge beds up to 2 times.
Application
The process takes place in an open type storage tank (sludge bed), or when the sludge is discharged into sludge beds. The dosage of reagent "Polyaminol" is calculated on the basis of the accumulated sludge volume, physical-chemical and bacteriological analysis. Optimum average daily air temperature after processing has to be not lower than +10 °С. If there are any climatic patterns or the need for sludge treatment at lower temperatures, the concentrations of the working solution may be varied and determined individually.
Stages
of technological process
Sludge bed preparation and marking
Sampling an initial sludge for the analysis (before the application of "Polyaminol")
Measurement of Ph level before the application of "Polyaminol"
Preparation of working solution of "Polyaminol"
Application of working solution of "Polyaminol" into the sludge bed
Measurement of Ph level after the application of "Polyaminol"
Sampling for the analysis of the obtained organic-mineral composition (OMC "EPA")
Unloading of received OMC "EPA" to the open platform for drying and ventilation.
Safety precautions
When working with reagent "Polyaminol", it is necessary to use individual protective means.
